The tech that runs your business. The social media that grows it.

Nurlytics is a London consultancy. We help businesses choose and run their technology, and plan social media that brings in customers.

Two kinds of advice, one consultancy

Most businesses treat their systems and their marketing as separate problems. They share the same data, the same tools and the same customers, so we look at them together.

IT consulting

Clear advice on the technology your business depends on, from someone who builds software for a living.

  • Technology review A plain account of what you have, what it costs and what is holding you back.
  • Choosing software and suppliers Independent help comparing options, so you buy what fits and skip what doesn't.
  • Automation and data Replace manual, repeated work with systems that talk to each other and report reliably.
  • Project guidance A technical voice on your side when you commission a website, an app or a migration.

Social media strategy

A plan for what to post, where and why, built around the customers you want to reach.

  • Channel and audience strategy Work out which platforms deserve your time and who you are speaking to on each.
  • Profile and content review An honest look at your current accounts, with specific changes to make.
  • Content planning Themes, formats and a posting schedule your team can keep up with.
  • Monthly consultation Regular sessions to check the numbers, adjust the plan and decide what comes next.

When it helps to bring us in

Most first conversations start with one of these. If any of them sounds like your week, we can probably help.

  • We pay for software that half the team never opens. A technology review shows what to keep, what to cancel and what to replace.
  • We post every week and nothing comes of it. A profile and content review finds out why, then a strategy gives each post a job.
  • Someone copies the same figures between three spreadsheets. That is work a small automation can take over, with fewer mistakes.
  • We don't know which platform is worth our time. Channel and audience strategy answers that before you spend another month guessing.
  • We've had three quotes for a new system and can't compare them. We read them with you, ask the suppliers the awkward questions and explain the difference.
  • We can't tell whether our social media is working. Monthly consultation settles on a few numbers that matter and tracks them.

How it works

  1. Tell us what isn't working

Send an enquiry or ask for a call. You describe the problem and we ask questions until we understand it.

  2. Get a plan in writing

We set out what we would change, in what order, and what the work will cost before you commit.

  3. Work through it together

Take it as a one-off project or as a monthly consultation. You can stop whenever the job is done.

About Nurlytics

Nurlytics is a small consultancy based in Greenford, west London. We work with business owners and small teams who need a clear answer and don't have an IT department or a marketing department to ask.

You deal directly with the person doing the work. Advice comes in plain English and in writing, so you can act on it, share it with your team or hand it to another supplier.

Most of our work happens by video call and email, which means we can work with you wherever you are based.

Questions people ask first

Do I have to take both services?

No. Many clients come for one. You can take IT consulting or social media strategy on its own, and add the other later if it becomes useful.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the work. Monthly consultation is a fixed monthly fee, and one-off projects are quoted up front. You get the price in writing before any paid work starts.

Is there a minimum contract?

Monthly consultation runs one month at a time. Projects end when the agreed work is delivered.

Do you run our social media accounts for us?

Our core work is strategy and advice: we plan with you, and you or your team post. If you need hands-on help as well, tell us and we will say plainly whether we can take it on.

Do you build and fix things, or only advise?

We start with advice, because the right fix is often smaller than people expect. Where a plan needs building work, we agree the scope and price for that separately.

What size of business do you work with?

Mostly owner-led businesses and small teams. If you are larger and need a second opinion on one specific decision, we are happy to talk.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. Calls and email cover most of the work. We are in west London if meeting face to face would help.

What happens to the details I send you?

We use them to reply to you and for nothing else. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
